Survivorship • Identity • Rebuilding

Treatment is over.

Now what?

Many women discover that life after breast cancer isn't simply about returning to who they were before. It's learning how to move forward as someone changed by the experience.

They realize that:

• parts of their old life no longer fit

• their priorities have shifted

• their nervous system feels exhausted

• they no longer want to live at the same pace they once did

• they are grieving versions of themselves while becoming someone new

If this feels familiar, you are not alone.

I created this reflection guide to help you pause, reconnect with yourself, and explore what may be shifting within you after breast cancer. Inspired by the questions and conversations I use in my survivorship mentorship work, it is designed to help you better understand where you are, what has changed, and what comes next.

I'm Kia Lee, a breast cancer survivor, author, and survivorship mentor dedicated to supporting women through the emotional, psychological, and identity shifts that follow breast cancer.

You are not behind.
